Kia ora,
My name is Deborah Davidson and I currently have the privilege of being the Fitness Coordinator for the last 2 years.  I've been in the fitness industry for approximately 25 years. During this time I have worked in numerous gyms throughout the Wellington region including Wairarapa as a group fitness instructor. I worked 10 years in Wellington within an Industry Training Organisation that took me all over NZ working closely with gym, pools and outdoor recreation facilities regarding on-the-job training and assessment.  The last 2 years I was a recruitment and training consultant for all Wellington gyms focusing on group fitness.  While instructing group fitness I have worked full time in various roles outside of the fitness industry. 25 years later I'm still able to instruct group fitness classes while coordinating the rest of the gym and the awesome gym staff and group fitness instructors.

I have been working as a gym trainer since late 2017. I enjoy helping people get started on their fitness journey and hearing how much they improve and how proud they are in themselves.
The team and members are all fun and charismatic people which makes work enjoyable.
When it comes to exercise my expertise would be in strength and conditioning which can be experienced in the B-Zone classes.
The most important things for being successful in the gym is CONSISTENCY and DEDICATION with out these two attributes you will fail to meet your goals.
