Group Fitness Descriptions

(LM) RPM:
Wednesday morning: 5:35am / Thursday evening 5:30pm
RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It is fun, low impact and you can burn up to 640 calories per session! With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat face paced riding. In an RPM class you will continuously spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak, and then ease back down. You will keep pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. This class is included in our full gym membership, or $10 per casual class.
 
(LM)BODY COMBAT:
Monday evening 5:30pm
Step into Body Combat and you will punch and kick away up to 740 calories along the way. This high energy martial arts inspired workout is totally non-contact with no complex moves to master! A Les Mills instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most out of every round. In 45 minutes, you will relieve stress, have a blast and leave here feeling accomplished.
Body Combat is included in our gym membership. For casual visitors it is $10 per person per class.
 
(LM)BODY PUMP:
Thursday Morning 6am / Tuesday & Friday evening 5:30pm
Body Pump is a barbell workout perfect for anyone wanting to get lean, toned and fit fast! Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Body Pump gives you a total body workout in only 45 minutes. Our instructors will coach you through the moves and techniques while pumping our encouragement and motivation. You are guaranteed to leave the class feeling challenged, motivated and wanting more!
 
(LM)BODY BALANCE:
Sunday morning 8:30am
Body Balance is the ideal class for everyone. The movements are a combination of Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga. In only 45 minutes, instructors’ coach you through a series of breathing techniques, simple movements, stretches and motions that will leave you feeling relaxed, centered and ready to start your day

Zumba:
Wednesday evening 5:30pm and Saturday morning 9:30am
If you are looking for fun and excitement, Zumba is the class for you! Zumba involves dancing to energetic music and getting your heart rate up. Zumba incorporates hip-hop samba, salsa and mambo. You don’t even know you are working out as it’s so much fun!
Zumba is only $2 for non-members! What a bargain! 
 
Teen Zone: Tuesday afternoon 4pm
This class is perfect if your teenager is wanting to learn how to stay fit, get stronger and be healthy both in and out of the gym! Here they will learn how to exercise safely, perfect their technique and gain confidence within a supportive group atmosphere
Combo: For only $32.20 you are able to purchase a 10-trip concession card or the casual rate of $3.60! This allows your teen to use the pools and participate in Teen Circuit classes as well! What a good deal!
 
Spin:
Monday 5:35am, Tuesday and Friday lunch time 12:05pm
Hop on your bike and prepare for 45 minutes of constant exercise! Climbing hills, sprinting tracks and constant biking is guaranteed to get your heart rate up! Spin is perfect for anyone wanting to increase their cardio training and test their resilience.
 
B-Zone:
Tuesday & Friday morning 6am /
Thursday evening 6:30pm
B-Zone is perfect for improving strength and fitness through a combination of individual and team-based workouts. Each exercise can be modified to suit your fitness level.
 
Step-HIIT:
Thursday morning 9:30am
Step-HIIT is a new and innovative 30-minute hit (High Intensity Interval Training) that combines basic body weight movements with a step! This is a great fat-burning class that will leave your body feeling energized, and you will leave feeling the ultimate satisfaction!
 
Line Dancing:
Tuesday morning 9:30am
Experience the benefits of line dancing, increase your fitness, toning, strength, balance and agility. Line dancing is a great way to make new friends, and boost your self-confidence.
 
Yoga:
Tuesday lunch 12:05pm or Saturday morning 8:30am
Yoga is a Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline that includes breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation. This class is perfect if you want to relieve a little bit of stress.
 
Shades of Grey:
Monday morning 9:30am
This class is dedicated to our wiser generation that will allow you to workout with new and old friends. Shades of Grey is a low impact class which offers a range of aerobic exercises, with a particular focus on strength and balance to improve breathing and energy!
AQUA AEROBICS CLASSES: if you do not have a membership, you can buy an Aqua Class concession card! 10 x classes $90.00 for an adult, $54.00 for seniors and students.
 
Aqua Fit: Sunday and Wednesday morning 9:30am
Using the resistance of the water to tone the body, this high energy and fun class will strengthen and tone the body and burn calories at the same time!
This class is included in your membership.
 
Aqua Deep: Monday morning 9:30am
This is a no workout that will give you a full body workout using the resistance of the water to get you fitter, stronger and more toned!
