Update as of 03 December 2021

Traffic light system - Orange

Here at Trust House Recreation Centre 3 out of 4 departments are considered “close contact” therefore are mandated and require Vaccine Passes. After conducting a risk management analyses (RMA) across all departments, we have come to the conclusion that there is no feasible way to separate the departments and our facility will remain a Vaccine pass required site.

OUTCOMES:
· All visitors over the age of 12 years are required to be FULLY VACCINATED and provide their vaccine passes before being permitted entry.
· All visitors over the age of 12 are required to wear a mask BEFORE entering the facility. You may take it off only once you are in the pool or working out in the gym.
· Upon arrival, you will scan your vaccine pass, the Covid tracing QR code, and then enter the building to scan your visit / membership tag.
· If you have a vaccine exemption, you are still required to scan your QR code
· You may enter the facility if you have one vaccination, however you must be fully vaccinated by 17th January 2022 – and provide your vaccine pass.

For the B-Legends and Swim Tangaroa students of unvaccinated parents, we will provide a “ferry” style service for your children between the ages of 5 - 12.

Swim Tangaroa:
A member of staff will meet you and your child at our 5 lane pool entrance, we will take your child to their lesson, and then bring them back to that entrance for you, their parent/caregiver to pick up.
B-Legends:
You will still meet our staff at the lower entrance of the stadium as you have been. We will have a code for you to sign in with. And then at the end of the day, we will bring them back to meet you.
Whole facility
  • We no longer have a maximum capacity, apart from our standard lifeguard to customer ratio
  • We will no longer be book lanes or leisure swimming,
  • You are required to book the spa and sauna. The sauna will be in 45-minute sessions, allowing our lifeguards 15 minutes between bookings to clean as required.
  • The gym will be open 5:30am to 8pm Monday to Friday
  • The pools will be open 6am to 8pm Monday to Friday.
  • Usual weekend hours (8am to 6pm) apply.
