What is Yoga?
Yoga is a Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures.

Who runs the class?
The classes are held by Suvish Viswanathan who has a Bachelor's Degree in Yoga - making these classes worth your while! 

Gentle Hatha Yoga
A slow paced, calm and restorative Yoga practice that focuses on postures, breathing and relaxation. 

Flow Yoga
A dynamic and flowing style of Yoga that synchronises movement with breath.
