Getting started in a health club can be daunting and our popular group fitness classes are a great way to help build your confidence. Exercise classes are a great way for you to stay motivated through accountability and social encouragement. 

To reach and maintain a healthy weight, we should exercise most days of the week for minimum of 30 minutes and our classes make this easy! With a range of fun and motivating classes there will be a class to suit your individual health and fitness goals. 

Group fitness classes are a fun way to exercise and give all members and non-members the opportunity to work out in a group atmosphere with like-minded individuals.

Group Fitness Descriptions

(LM)BODY PUMP:
Thursday morning 6am / Tuesday & Friday evening 5:30pm
Body Pump is a barbell workout perfect for anyone wanting to get lean, toned and fit fast! Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Body Pump gives you a total body workout in only 45 minutes. Our instructors will coach you through the moves and techniques while pumping our encouragement and motivation. You are guaranteed to leave the class feeling challenged, motivated and wanting more!
 
(LM)BODY BALANCE:
Sunday morning 9am
Body Balance is the ideal class for everyone. The movements are a combination of Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga. In only 45 minutes, instructors’ coach you through a series of breathing techniques, simple movements, stretches and motions that will leave you feeling relaxed, centered and ready to start your day!

(LM) RPM:
Tuesday 12:05pm & Thursday 5:30pm

Hop on your bike and prepare for 45 minutes of constant exercise! Climbing hills, sprinting tracks and constant biking is guaranteed to get your heart rate up! Spin is perfect for anyone wanting to increase their cardio training and test their resilience.

(LM) SPRINT:
Wednesday 5:35am & Saturday 8:05am

A step up from spin or RPM and only 30 minues, however, this high intensity interval workout is designed for rapid results - we go hard, we rest, we go hard, we rest and repeat!

(LM) COMBAT:
Monday 5:30pm

High energy Martial Arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch & kick your way to fitness. 

 
Spin:
Monday 5:35am & Friday lunch time 12:05pm

B-Zone:
Tuesday & Friday morning 6am, Thursday 5:30pm
B-Zone is perfect for improving strength and fitness through a combination of individual and team-based workouts. Each exercise can be modified to suit your fitness level.
 
Line Dancing:
Tuesday morning beginners from 9:00am
Experience the benefits of line dancing, increase your fitness, toning, strength, balance and agility. Line dancing is a great way to make new friends, and boost your self-confidence.
 
New Body
Wednesday 9:15am
This class is dedicated to our wiser generation that will allow you to workout with new and old friends. Shades of Grey is a low impact class which offers a range of aerobic exercises, with a particular focus on strength and balance to improve breathing and energy!

Tabata
Monday 10:30am

This is a low impact class which offers a range of aerobic excercises, mixed with resistance using Barbells, Dumbbells, Bodyweight or Toning Bands. Focus is similiar to New Body but with timed work/rest intervals. 

Zumba
Wednesday 5:30pm

Zumba is the definiton of fun and energy! Dance to energetic music, and forget you are even working out!

Step-n-Pump
Thursday 9:15am

Step-n-Pump is a new and innovative 45-minute low to moderate intensity workout that combines simple resistance movements with step combinations! This class is a great fat burning class that energizes your body, and you leave feeling the ultimite satisfaction!

Super Circut
Friday 9:15am

A combination of resistance stations and aerobic combinations to challenge your body and loose those stubborn calories. Designed for all ages and fitness levels. 

Pickleball
Monday 5pm, Wednesday 9am & Thursday 5pm

Racquet sport played indoors, it combines elements of badmintion, table tennis & tennis. For the competitive or just for fun!

AQUA AEROBICS CLASSES: if you do not have a membership, you can buy an Aqua Class concession card! 10 x classes $90.00 for an adult, $54.00 for seniors and students.
 
Aqua Fit: Sunday morning 9:30am
Using the resistance of the water to tone the body, this high energy and fun class will strengthen and tone the body and burn calories at the same time!
This class is included in your membership.
 
Aqua Deep: Monday and Wednesday morning 9:30am 
This is a no workout that will give you a full body workout using the resistance of the water to get you fitter, stronger and more toned!
This class is included in your membership

Aqua Senior: Tuesday and Thursday morning 10:30am
No matter your age or fitness level, this class is perfect for you. We use the resistance of the water paired with pool noodles to really get your muscles moving and heart pumping.
