Getting started in a health club can be daunting and our popular group fitness classes are a great way to help build your confidence. Exercise classes are a great way for you to stay motivated through accountability and social encouragement. 

To reach and maintain a healthy weight, we should exercise most days of the week for minimum of 30 minutes and our classes make this easy! With a range of fun and motivating classes there will be a class to suit your individual health and fitness goals.

Meet Carol:
 I tried line dancing five years ago, when I was looking for a form of exercise that worked body and mind, and I quickly became hooked.
If you want to improve your fitness, balance, coordination and agility, not to mention develop increased muscle and bone strength, line dancing is a great form of exercise. Add to that, the opportunity to improve your memory and mental functioning, while listening and moving to a wide variety of music, means that line dancing has something for everyone to enjoy.

Meet Roy!
I grew up in Featherston many years ago. From there I have done IT in Sydney, and then closer to home in Auckland. I eventually returned to Carterton in 2018. Due to being in IT trainer, I developed an interest in the Les Mills programme back in 2007. From there I delivered Les Mills Body Pump, Body Combat and RPM at Les Mills Hamilton, West Wave Auckland, and now here in Masterton!
I keep it real and have fun, so why not come along to Body Pump, Tuesday at 5:30pm.
