  1. Set a seasonal goal, then break it up into small weekly achievable goals.
  2. Find the kind of routine that works for you.
  3. Mix up your training. Don’t just focus on cardio; strength-training is important, too. With so
    much on offer at our centre, you’ll never get bored! Complement your gym training with lap
    swimming and see how your body strength will improve!
  4. Don’t get injured! Make sure you include warm up and cool down with each training session.
    Only gradually increase intensity when you are comfortable.
  5. Keep a food journal and stick to a meal plan. Need help? Join this month and you’ll have access
    to our nutritional portal in the Be Active app. Full of great recipes all wrapped up in a 3-week
    nutrition plan that’s super easy to follow.
